Minister of Music Joyce Crowder Joyce Crowder began her ministry at First Baptist in the Fall of 1987. She received her BA in Education from Franklin College and her Masters of Education from IU. During her time at First Baptist she has developed the Choral, Handbell and Drama Ministries. She is active as a resource person in the American Guild of English Handbell Ringers as well as the Executive for the National Fellowship of American Baptist Musicians.
