Life at FBC

First Baptist Church is an active and vibrant congregation.  Our congregational life includes opportunities of spiritual growth and service for all ages.  We believe discipleship is about coming to know Jesus Christ, becoming more like Him, and being sent in His name in service to others.

We invite you to consider how you might become part of life at First Baptist.

New Opportunities

Childhood Lost Prayer Vigil

The FBC youth will be participating in a "Childhood Lost" vigil February 27-28, learning more about the problems of human trafficking, and raising money to fight this global problem.  A prayer vigil will be shared by the youth beginning at 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 27th in the sanctuary.  Anyone is welcome to attend.

Free Movie (God's Not Dead) at the YES Cinema

In celebration of our Faithful at 50 emphasis, and as a free gift to the community, the FBC Evangelism Team is sponsoring another free movie at the YES Cinema on Monday, March 16th at 6:30 p.m.  Join us for the showing of the film "God's Not Dead".  While the movie is free you will need a ticket for admission.  Tickets are available at the church office, The Ark, and at the door upon arrival at the YES.

Know the 10 Signs

"Know the 10 Signs" is a workshop to be presented by the Alzheimer's Association on Wednesday, March 11th during our Cross Connections ministry.  Led by a representative of the association, this workshop is open to anyone in the community.
